The complete flow of the databse GutBugDB provided below:

Page 1

Please browse the database using following optins. In the first option user can browse by pharmacological categories.

Page 2

Here at this page all the drug molecules belogs to selected category will be displayed. User can select the individaul drug molecule

Page 3

This is the final result page and at this page the complete metabolic information of selected drug molecule will be dislayed along with the drug infomation.

Page 4

This is the continuation of the previous result page which mainly contains the information about the metabolizing micorbes and their respective enzymes.

Page 5

This is the second option at the main page where user can browse the database using bacterial phylums dislayed.

Page 6

Microbial species belongs to the selected bacterial phylum will be displayed. User can select the individual species to find out the number of the drugs that can be metabolize by selected species.

Page 7

Drug molecules that can metabolize by selected bacterial species will be displayed. User can select the individual drug molecule to identify the complete metabolic information about the selected drug molecule. After selection of the individual drug molecule user will be redirect again at the final drug result page as discussed at page 3 and 4.
