MoliB is a machine learning based tool for the prediction of biofilm inhibitory property in different classes of small molecules. The samples of positive dataset are collected from literature that documents molecules exhibiting biofilm inhibitory properties. The negative dataset is a collection of compounds found in major metabolic pathways inside the bacterial cells. The models we developed are based on molecular properties which were turned into input features, descriptor and fingerprints that are interpreted by the machine.
