Metagenome of Black Soil and Impact of Chemical Farming
We investigated the diversity and functional potential of bacterial communities in black soil.We examined the impact of common agricultural disturbances on bacterial communities in a field experiment. We also analyzed the bacterial composition of vermicompost fertilizer, revealing the presence of several plant growth-promoting taxa. The impact of individual plant species was also prominent, showing the role of plant-root microbiome interactions in shaping the composition of the soil bacterial communities.
